Internal show-New Floor Plan & Catalogue Deadline
Hello Everyone,
I have a few notices for you all,
1. Bryony has created a new floor plan after talking to Dan and the Curatorial Team.
It would be great if you could all pop into college at some point in the week and have a gander at it on the studio wall. There aren't any massive changes but there have been a few switch around. If you have any problems with the plan please get in touch with the Curatorial Team. People who have been moved are Bryony, Kate H, Rich, Kelly, Fiona, Caroline, Sarah and Alicia BUT it would be great if everyone checked.
2. There is a new plan for the catalogue deadline is Monday. All images and text to be sent this weekend to Dan Robinson. This is so that a group of people can check over the work before it goes into the catalogue.
4 colour .jpeg images, 10cm X 10cm if possible, 300dpi. max 100 words. e-mailed to Dan this weekend!
THIS IS AN IMPORTANT DEADLINE!
(If you're a dab hand at spelling etc your help at checking wouldn't go amiss. The more the merrier 10am monday.)

External Show- Layout & details needed
hey guys
we just want to find out what people are defiantly submitting for this external show.
1. can u confirm from the details that we have below that this is your final submission
1a. please give a little more feedback of the topic that your work is about so we can make better connections as to where you will be situated so the exhibition runs more smoothly.
2. the space you would ideally like; e.g. hanging between pillars, walls, corners, window.
3. Also take time to think about extra equipment needed which you will need to source yourself as this is not part of the curation teams tasks details we have so far:
fiona - cushions, prints, extinguisher lamp and table - to be shown on the pews or on a wall - bracelet for catwalk show
Adam - metal dress, wooden skirt piece, hats - to be shown in the catwalk show
Rose - Books to be shown on the pews
Sarah - Activity, website - Area preferred..?
Sophie - wants to use the pulpit to display acetate faces, text and photos in the windows
Kate - Post projection live showing on the event night, headphones needed and a show reel
Gemma - wall of jewelery displayed on a net between the pillars or warn on the catwalk?
Donna - ongoing performance throughout the event night furniture revamping outside, do you want to display some your furniture in the church as well?
Bav - Rubber pieces hung between 2 pillars on a frame or netting, catwalk pieces showing also
Caroline - sample booklet of wallpapers
Bryony - Performance of a maze - live event
Alicia - film and website - what is the subject matter?
Catherine - screen, framed picture and jewelery piece to be displayed in the catwalk show

Wired news flash!
Hey guys,
Huge thanks for everyone who turned up last night....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr for those who didn't!
Was good to see you all out and hope you had a good night?!
We broke even and even made a profit of.... £31.21 (forgot to take off some costs lol) whoop whoop! Was a bit dubious that we would'nt make any profit at all lol so yeaa!
Huge thanks to Dj's Alicia, Julian & Eddie!
There's this 'fair' thing in hyde park this saturday where we could sell cakes or art stuff to make some more money if anyone's interested?Anyways have a good week...see you all soon.

Website helpers wanted.
Ahoy panty wearers!
I was just wanting to ask if anyone wanted to get involved with doing the website for the degree show, with me and Nicolar.
So far we have bought a domain name and put the poster up on the site.http://www.onthefenceleeds.co.uk
There is lots of work to do with the website so any help will be appreciated. If anyone is interested then send us an email and we'll arrange a meeting that we can all make.
Also if anyone wants to do anything with the myspace page I'll email you the log in details.
Feel free to add friends and promote our show.

Internal show- equipment
Just a reminder that it is the individuals responsibility to arrange the equipment needed for their end of year show (internal).
For example, projectors, computer screens, headphones and I’m sure you can think of other things.
We thought that it should be mentioned in case anyone thought that the Curatorial Team would be sorting that out.
